No. KYLIAN is an everyday glasses brand designed to feel premium, stylish, and trustworthy — without luxury markups.

Is KYLIAN the cheapest option?+

KYLIAN isn't about being cheap. It's about being fair. We focus on premium-feeling everyday glasses at a much more accessible price than traditional optical retail.

How many frames do you offer?+

KYLIAN launches with a curated collection of approximately 20–40 frames across Men, Women, Boys, and Girls.

Why not offer hundreds of frames?+

Because too many options make buying harder. KYLIAN curates simple, stylish everyday choices so you can choose confidently.

What is included in the flat price?+

The goal is to include the frame, prescription lenses, protective coatings, case, cleaning cloth, prescription review, and direct support. Some specialty prescriptions or upgrades may cost extra if required.

Do you provide eye exams?+

No. KYLIAN does not provide eye exams or medical advice. Customers must use a valid prescription from a licensed eye care professional.

What if I don't understand my prescription?+

Upload a photo or PDF and select ‘I need help.’ Our team will review the details and contact you if anything is missing.

What if I don't know my PD?+

You can select ‘I don't know my PD.’ KYLIAN can provide guidance on how to obtain or measure it.

Should I buy KYLIAN as a backup pair?+

Yes. KYLIAN is built for everyday wear, but it is also a smart option for backup glasses. Instead of waiting until your main pair breaks, scratches, or gets lost, KYLIAN makes it easier to keep an affordable second pair ready.

Are these good as backup glasses?+

Yes. KYLIAN is perfect for everyday glasses, backup pairs, teenagers, students, and families who want quality eyewear without paying traditional retail prices.

Are purchases refundable?+

Because prescription glasses are custom-made based on the prescription information submitted by the customer, all prescription eyewear purchases are final sale once production begins. If there is a manufacturing issue, damage, or an order error, contact support@kylian.ca and our team will review it.
