How KYLIAN collects, uses, and protects your information when you order prescription glasses.
Information we collect
To fulfill your order, KYLIAN collects information you submit through our prescription form, including your name, email, phone number, shipping address, prescription details (PD, prescription type, lens preferences), and any prescription file you upload.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to review your prescription, produce your glasses, ship your order, respond to your questions, and communicate about your order. We do not sell your personal or prescription information.
Prescription files
Prescription files you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket. They are accessible only to authorized KYLIAN staff who need them to review and produce your order, via short-lived secure links.
Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify. KYLIAN does not store your full credit card number. Please review Shopify's privacy policy for details on payment data handling.
