By using kylian.ca or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
KYLIAN offers prescription eyewear at a flat price of $250 CAD, including frame, prescription lenses, standard protective coatings, case, cleaning cloth, and direct order support. Some specialty prescriptions or advanced lens upgrades may require additional pricing, which will be communicated before production.
Prescriptions and medical disclaimer
KYLIAN does not provide eye exams, medical advice, or vision prescriptions. Customers must provide a valid, current prescription from a licensed eye care professional. By submitting a prescription, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and authorize KYLIAN to produce your glasses based on it.
Final sale
Because prescription eyewear is custom-made, all prescription eyewear purchases are final sale once production begins. See our Refund & Final Sale Policy for details on manufacturing issues, damage, and order errors.
Payment and checkout
Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Intellectual property
All KYLIAN branding, imagery, product photography, and website content is owned by KYLIAN. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
KYLIAN's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. KYLIAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to prescription accuracy provided by the customer or their eye care professional.
