Shipping Policy

How KYLIAN produces and ships your custom-made prescription glasses.

Order review

Every KYLIAN order is reviewed by our team before production. If we have questions about your prescription or lens preferences, we will contact you at the email you provided.

Production time

Because your glasses are custom-made, production typically takes several business days from the time your prescription is confirmed. Complex prescriptions or specialty lens options may take longer.

Shipping destinations

KYLIAN currently ships within our launch regions. If your address is outside our current shipping zone, our team will contact you.

Shipping updates

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping notification with tracking once your glasses are on their way.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive as expected, contact support@kylian.ca with your KYL order reference and our team will make it right.
